Chaii App is owned and operated by QuietStack LLC

 

Welcome to Chaii — a private platform for adults to connect, leave honest feedback, and engage with content built for real conversations and real accountability. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and QuietStack LLC (“Chaii,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using the Chaii app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy].

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

  • You must be 18 or older to use Chaii.

  • Chaii is available only to residents of the United States.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

 

 

2. Account Creation & Verification

 

To access features on Chaii, you must create an account and provide:

 

  • A valid email, phone number, username, and location

  • A selfie for verification

  • Your age and device info

 

We use this data to help keep the platform safe and verify your identity. Accounts found to be fraudulent or impersonating others may be removed at our sole discretion.

 

 

3. Subscriptions & Billing

 

Chaii offers premium subscriptions that may include additional features. Payments are processed through:

 

  • Apple In-App Purchases

  • Stripe

 

Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled prior to your billing cycle. For billing changes, refunds, or cancellations, please use the platform through which you subscribed (Apple or Stripe).

 

 

4. What You Can’t Do on Chaii

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Post or share any false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content

  • Upload content that violates any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademarks

  • Use another person’s identity, name, or likeness without their consent

  • Harass or attempt to contact someone who has blocked you

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform’s code or content

  • Share or post anything illegal, exploitative, or harmful

 

 

5. Moderation & Safety

 

Chaii uses OpenAI tools to moderate images and user-generated content for safety and authenticity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our guidelines.

If you see something inappropriate, use the in-app tools to report it.

 

 

6. Termination

 

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

To request complete data deletion, email: data@chaiiapp.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, impersonation, or legal violations.

 

 

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

 

All content, code, logos, and designs associated with Chaii are owned by QuietStack LLC or licensed appropriately.

You may not use our branding, replicate the platform, or redistribute our materials without permission.

 

 

8. User Content

 

You own the content you post. However, by posting it on Chaii, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the platform.

 

 

9. No Guarantees

 

Chaii is not responsible for:

 

  • The accuracy of user-submitted information

  • Any outcomes from using our services or interacting with other users

  • Any damages or losses from using the app or platform features

 

You use Chaii at your own risk.

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

 

We may link to or integrate third-party services like Apple Pay or Stripe. These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms. We’re not responsible for their actions or any harm that results from their use.

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuietStack LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages related to your use of Chaii.

 

 

12. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold QuietStack LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your use of Chaii or violation of these Terms.

 

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.

 

 

14. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of Chaii after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
